The manager and myself would like to congratulate you on the team you have working for you, we believe that your services are exceptional as is your team. In particular, on Sunday we had a problem with our coffee machine and we were in the middle of an Open day with 300 people and the coffee machine decided to stop. We called the number you gave us which on the side of the machine itself and your staff politely and swiftly aided us in fixing the problem. Whoever that staff member was we would like you to thank them on our behalf for the exceptional service they gave us. Once again, thank you.
